My key responsibilities include, but not limited to: Follow the daily fleet status; Follow up on the aircraft MEL deferred defect using Maintenix; Monitor AHM, ACARS, and HF (Halloo) real time & provide awareness throughout the system of Aircraft with faults or alert that need immediate attention; Provide in-depth & efficient troubleshooting assistance for Line Maintenance, Base Maintenance, Outstation Maintenance personnel and third party customers. Receive & review the requests that come from logbooks, pilots and maintenance personnel for open and repetitive squawks, analyze faults and provide troubleshooting assistance by preparing maintenance orders (MO) to take corrective actions and follow up the rectification of the problems; Update any restriction & limitation on MCC real time aircraft monitoring system; Compile differed defects sent to Line planning 24hrs ahead when aircraft visit to hangar.

Performs basic aircraft maintenance tasks, system checks, troubleshooting of aircraft defects & pilot write-ups. Releases aircrafts (for which I’m Type Rated to) back to service after minor repair. Respects & complies with safety procedures and company technical policies & procedures.
