I am a highly competent individual who has extensive knowledge and experience of

executing and monitoring both small and large scale civil engineering

projects.

On the technical side I am able to accurately review projects documents to the

highest standards, particularly drawings, plans, and schedules.

Working with design stages office in Saudi Arabia (Al Khobar-Eastern Province) as a project manager responsible for the HOTEL RAMADA alkhubar Arabia

Carrying out the following scopes:

Involving at the design as a coordination for (arch, structural and MEP)

Reviewing and coordinate all project design documents and drawings.

Leading the estimation process of project in order to provide initial and final budget and implementing value engineering study for project requirements.

Preparing and reviewing of tender documents.

Reviewing all contractor Tender proposals for project that comply with project requirements.

Verifies that the project is on track and within budget.

Attends regular site meetings with client and contractors.
