Implemented approved Capital Expenditure Project (Line Extension, Re-conductoring, Installation of Primary Metering and Other Electrical Equipment’s to Improve the distribution line)
Address customer complains such as restoration of No power and Installation of defective meter the soonest possible.
Experienced Lineman; climbed poles, assisted in the construction of lines and troubleshoots line in order to restore the power immediately to the consumers.
In cases one of the lineman is absent, I replaces the position of lineman then Conducted Turn-on of the request of new connection the soonest time possible. Conducted Line patrolling, climbing the poles for testing, troubleshooting and restoring the line in cases of fault has occurred and any electrical equipment damages.

Conducted hourly, daily, monthly and annual Load Forecasting and make sure the forecast is less than or within 3% Margin of error.
In charge in the daily Load nomination; recommend to the management of how much power need to buy in the market
Coordinate with the system operator (National Grid Corporation of the Philippines), during the Load Nomination, Voluntary Load Curtailment event and the Automatic Load Curtailment which happens when under frequency is declared in the whole grid.
In charged in checking the Generation mix to make sure the blinded rate of the generation bought is still at the cheaper price.
Part of the team for the Power Supply Contracting Team and do the calculation of Coincident Peak, Base Demand, intermediate and Peak Demand and other related to Load Demands.
Attended different forums, public consultations, meetings and trainings conducted by the Department of Energy particularly to the Whole Electricity Spot Market (WESM)
As a power trader I was in charge in the procurement of electricity to the Spot Market (IMEM) based on the hourly load forecast and actual demand of the cooperative.

Capital Expenditure Planning Committee
Pioneered as member on the 3 year Capex preparation of the coop that foresee the future and plan on the existing electric distribution system that will enable to meet future demands and improve the electric serves to be more reliable and viable.
Power Supply Contracting Team Committee
As part of the team, Carefully Evaluates and recommend to the management to all incoming Power Supplier who opted to have a Power Purchased Agreement with the coop.
Maintained a well-balanced generation mix that results to much cheaper electricity rates

Management Strategic Planning Committee
As part of the Management Team, I am part in planning the direction of the Electric cooperative, using and implementing Management tools that well generate results and control every activity. Some Management Tools had been applied were the Balanced Scorecard system, Dashboard representation of every activities, Action Planning and others.
Mindanao Power Supply Aggregation Group Committee
One of the member Technical working Group to the 21 Electric Cooperative in Mindanao that brought to realize one solution to have a cheaper electricity through Power Supply Aggregation and look for Generators that supplies the aggregated Demand.
Prepared the technical data needed for the program that includes, Load Forecasting, Plant Designing and Power Contracting.
Sitio and Barangay Electrification Program Committee
Chairman of the implementation of the Sitio Electrification Program of the Philippine Government which main objective is to energized all Sitio Area’s.
As a chairman, I was able to generate electrical line design, prepared the documents for the approval, implemented all the projects, documented the necessary paperwork’s and close the project that is within the PEC and NEA electrical line standard. I was also act as the Construction Manager that is bound to finish all project in a given time.
Lineman’s Training Committee
As one of the Division Head of the Line Operation and Maintenance, I was one of the experience lineman at the same time supervisor, because of this, I was chosen as one of the instructor of the conducted 2nd BUSECO Lineman training.
Provided lectures on the Basic Electricity Theory, Basic distribution line Safety and Lineman duties and responsibilities.
Provided lectures on the different type of Pole Structures (3P, VP & 1P & OS), different Line Hardware Materials, Type of Materials, Basic Knot Tying and how to take care of the tools and equipment.
Provide lecture on the Basic of How to Design a Distribution Line, the process in designing a line and the things to consider in the Line design.
