Description : Worked as Quality Engineer for 5 months and have good knowledge of mechanical drawings related with bending, laser cutting,punching and shearing operations.

Responsibilities :

Maintain report of daily production activity of respective machine.

Ensure the quality of every part according to quality standards and sort out the defective part for rework or reject.

Maintain PDI’s of all completed jobs.

Understand the drawings carefully.

Understand the necessary operations required for respective job.

Check the specific dimensions and all quality aspect of every job using various instruments such like vernier calliper,height gauge, bevel protractor,try square,meter tape,etc.

Ensure proper and accurate operations performed as given in drawings.

Projects Undertaken

“MAGNETIC FUEL SAVER DEVICE” in this project, the device creates magnetic field around fuel line which reduces the intermolecular force between hydrocarbons and disperses this molecules into more tiny particles and makes them available in large amount to react with oxygen atoms.This increases the percentage of reaction between HC molecules and Oxygen which simultaneously increases combustion rate and decreases emission.Hence due to less unburnt fuel particles present and high combustion rate it increases efficiency around 9-14%.
