End user can book tickets as a guest providing basic info or they can create an account providing all details
which will be stored for their future transactions.
Agents are categorized in to online and offline and further sub categorized into prepaid and postpaid agents.
Some features to mention in this module are ticket booking, seat blocking etc.
Call Center apart from routine tasks of a call center it has the role to book tickets on behalf of offline agents
and phone booking.
Finance has all privilege to monitor day to day transactions from all the branches and can generate all the
reports and agent payments.
Admin has all the privileges to allow or restrict any user, agent or employee
