Main Responsibilities as supervisor :
To maintain the whole team members work and prepaid the work plan for the whole team.
Provide assistance in documentation and daily report which they submit after completing their daily work.
Assist in solving the tablets problem during the field work as well as provide all technical guideline for solving problems.
Supervisor responsibility to take the GPS coordinates of that locailty where the team is working and collecting data, cause without the GPS they can't show on BISP server.
Supervisor made the two to three documented repots which are helpful for comprising the server and actual sending reports then shows the bad quality and HHs broken ratio in the daily enumerator progress.
Plan and conduct monitored the social mobilizer’s daily activities and take part in corner or community meetings which are organize by social mobilize.
Maintain a daily report which is sends to area coordinator and sending a daily excels report.
Assist in conducting door to door surveys and give the instruction about the route map like right hand movement because it's important for 100% cooperate covering in this survey.

Training of new haired staffs a trainer’s responsibility to prepare the whole members or participant which is take part in the training to provide guide line about the field work.
As a train’s responsibility to give the whole knowledge about the field work to their field worker and finish their hesitations or shay about the field by the help of activities in the class.
Support and assist the field worker to follow the social mobilizer plan or route map and guide them about how to work on mobilizer's route map for taking 100% cooperate coverage.
To teach and provide the communication activities and guide line how to communicate with the community as well as their respondent, if the trainer can't teach or properly guided their participants about all these thing then how they perform their duties successfully.
