My profession start IT Support technician. Now I'm working supreme court of Nepal IT Dpt. as a system Admin. I am a Support Technician having 2009 to till the date, experience in diverse IT environments. During my professional career, I handled numerous technical, maintenance, and computer support issues for corporate and branch locations. I will perform the following duties:

- Provide Network Problem Detection, and analysis and Resolution wired / wireless network or infrastructure changes (AP relocations, configs)

- Use wired/wireless tools

- Switch Configuration (command line)

- Manage network infrastructure moves adds and changes

- Coordinate with contractors to install network needs required for plant support and needs

- Analyze and enhance network monitoring to provide timely and appropriate alerts based on accurate thresholds

- Work with the group to plan, design and implement network additions and modifications in the plants

- Proactively monitor network devices using monitoring tools

(Orion, Cisco Prime, Fluke, etc)

- Countermeasure problems and enhance monitoring as required

- Work overtime, adjusted shifts and weekends as required

- On call support on a secondary, emergency basis

- Perform or organize / schedule with vendor, network equipment refresh (UPS, Air Conditioner, HUB Wiring, etc.) Required Skills and Experience:

- Knowledge of fiber and cabling

- Excellent planning, scheduling, coordinating, and status reporting skills

- Document troubleshooting procedures for wireless and other network functions

- Good verbal and written communication skills

- Good problem analysis skills

- Strong commitment to customer support.

Preferred Skills and Experience:
