Distribute invoices to each department for approval

Respond to vendors via phone and email re: payment status

Enter all invoices from vendors, in-store transfers, out of store transfers, and spoilage, which are all done via Journal Entry

Send weekly accounting reports with purchase totals, spoilage totals, etc.

Assist with month-end closes and quarter-end closes, inventory, and margins

HUMAN RESOURCES

Administer new-hire paperwork with anyone who gets hired

Add new-hires to Kronos for timekeeping and Paychex for Payroll

Maintain all employee files for everyone employed in this store (approx. 150)

PAYROLL

Enter and correct all missed time clock punches in Kronos

Enter hours for each employee, including vacation, overtime, and any deductions, bi-weekly in Paychex

Maintain raises and/or demotions and enter in Paychex

Run Payroll reports with labor totals and send to supervisors on payroll days

SPECIAL PROJECTS

Maintain liability certificates of vendors

Maintain employee lists such as training, uniform inventory, phone lists, employee rewards lists

Prepare all performance reviews yearly

Order all office supplies and other supplies for the store; maintain receipts for the store credit card

Purchase gift cards for guests to be donated or for customer service purposes
