Duties and Responsibilities:
Make sure that contractor using the latest edition of the approved shop drawing, method statement and approved materials.
Ensure that Mechanical works done by the contractor is in accordance with the approved Shop Drawing, Construction Drawing, Contract Document, Project Specifications and applicable codes/standards as per client requirements.
Prepare letter, memos and correspondence
Ensure that quality control (ITP) and quality assurance (Quality Audit) procedures are in place throughout the construction phases.
Develop and maintain good relationship with the site team. Attend client meeting; provide regular updates to project manager and internally through document control.
Verify materials through inspection for compliance with the approved materials sample, construction documents and project standards.

Observed safety practices during progress of work.
Prepare quantity takeoff.
