Process guest registrations, including the computation and collection of payment.

Complete shift reports and process all financial transactions, including the verification and processing of credit card transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Process guest reservations via telephone using the reservation process.

Send and receive telephone calls and facsimiles; sort incoming mail and messages.

Conduct night audit as assigned.

Assist in filing and following up on work order process needs.

Perform minor repairs and/or replacements of room furniture, fixtures and equipment, to include television sets, light fixtures, etc.

Currently still employed with Meade Realty as a Pat Time Referral Agent. This position involves the following job responsibilities:

Initiate sales and marketing activities, including phone calls, e-mails, online postings and face-to-face meetings, designed to identify and engage prospective new customers

Coordinate with escrow companies, lenders, home inspectors, and pest control operators to agree to the terms and conditions of purchase agreements before closing dates

Prepare documents such as representation contracts (as much as several hundreds of thousands of dollars), purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases

Assist clients in evaluating mortgage options to ensure the best rates and terms

Consult with clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking; Offer lists of properties that meet the buyers' needs and financial resources

Endorse sales of properties through advertising, open houses, participation, and networking in multiple listing services

Be bondable and adhere to the Realtors’ Code of Ethics which has the force of law in MD

It also entails the following job requirements:

Understanding of percentages and other basic math concepts

Computer literacy and administrative skills to manage paperwork

Prospective agents must be high-school graduates and at least 18 years of age

Ability to interact with clients to meet their needs by providing good customer service

Excellent sales and marketing skills in order to be successful

Must possess good communication skills, be able to juggle many tasks, and possess good initiative

Renew the Real Estate license every two years as well as attending and passing continuing education courses required for the license

Started as a mail clerk. Moved into telecom switch maintenance. Then into switch programming. After that, switch programming and installation. As Program/Project Manager, I managed all of the World Bank’s and OAS’s telecom requirements worldwide.

1985 to Current: Certified Bowling Instructor working with youth league bowlers.

1980 to Current: Founding member of PCA (Parents-Coached Association)

The association raises scholarship funds to support our youth as they enter college of technical schools. To date, we have awarded almost $500,000 for disbursement to colleges on behalf of our youths. This also allowed me to learn to work with the IRS in obtaining and maintaining our 501-C status.

1995 to Current:

Coached (ages 5 to 15) several girls’ softball, soccer and basketball. Also coached several boys’ soccer, basketball and baseball. This allows me to foster their love of a sport and develop sports specific skills, interpersonal skills and work ethics they can take with them throughout life.
