Test Lead, Harley Davidson Financial Services, Chicago, US Sep ‘12 – Till Date

Maintaining and leading a QA team for 5 - 8 members.

On an average delivered 2 large projects, 4-5 medium and 10 small projects a year consistently without any slip in dates due to testing .

Provide support additional projects not included in the plan and align the schedule to deliver a good quality project on time.

Implemented the RCA process to prevent production defects leading to improvement in testcases, requirements, project and process based knowledge of the team and code quality.

Added value by improving defect management process and achieved a low production defect percentage..

Worked on initial setup of the Project with effort estimation, resource requirements, requirements gathering and transitioning the project to Infosys from a different company.

Prepared test scenarios for a new version of Dealer daily application which could in addition to its current capabilities supporting TMS/USA Dealer operations in Mexico for the Lexus brand, and support the installation of access to the same base code, to the extent possible.

Worked on testing the multi-channel Order management (MCS OM) programme in John Lewis to implement a multi-channel fulfilment order management system (MCF OMS) as the common platform to manage all customer orders.

Worked on RTM and testcases creation, test execution with a comprehensive coverage of requirements.
