Overseeing the duties of a team of four technicians, working in conjunction with applications team. As a contract employee for Genesis10 Corporation – Providing Level 2 Application Support on-site for Bank of America’s new Mortgage Case Management division. Initial contact with Genesis10 was to provide them personnel resources for this BOA Case Management Project. Through my efforts, Genesis10 hired on three recommended technicians to the Buffalo offices. Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving application issues for over 40 unique financial applications. Providing support with a 15-minute SLA and white glove services to the individual associates, managers and division vice-presidents. Working directly with Level 3 solution engineers and bank cyber security teams to resolve external database, network and AS/400 related issues. Responsible for managing a team of six Application Support Engineers and six Desktop Support Engineers across two sites in the Buffalo, NY region. Reporting directly to bank management and the Genesis10 Regional Coordinator based out of Charlotte, North Carolina.

Contracted through Sybase, Inc. Led the Sybase installation team on the Hospira MedNet Medication Management System project, including a team of four Aspire technicians and up to eight independent contractors. Consulted with Hospira client services team to help improve field services, develop standardization in processes and create documentation for field representatives and clients. Integrated the MedNet software suite with Microsoft Server 2002/2008 with SQL 2003/2005 in both stand-alone and VMWare Virtual environments. Provided hands-on configuration support and trouble-shooting of server environments. Integrated devices with client wireless networks and security policies. Created end-user and contractor training curriculum. Provided post-implementation level-2 and level-3 support for servers and software. Managed multiple projects simultaneously as well as the schedules of up to eight contracted technicians.
