Loss Aware Sample Packetization Strategy for Improvement of Body Sensor Data Analysis, May – August 2016
Objective to develop a protocol to packetize the data samples to minimize loss of critical data samples
Developed using Tenos, Yeti compiler and simulated on TelosB Cross Bow mote
Used Oracle DB as the back-end storage for the packet samples
Developed java code to import and export the samples using ODBC connectors
All the required parameters were calculated inside the java module
