PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Senior Principal Consultant, Forsythe Technology
Implemented multiple Oracle Engineered Systems, which included X6's and ODA's. Assisted the clients in pre-implementation and post-implementation phases.
Planned and migrated databases from traditional platforms to EXADATA, Private Cloud Appliance (PCA) and ODA's.
Planned and executed storage migrations from HP 3PAR to VMAX Clarion, at enterprise level.
Performed Infrastructure assessment, architected/migrated DB’s to cloud, which included Hybrid strategy and on premise cloud, focus on security and networking, using Oracle and AWS cloud solutions.
Implemented RMAN backups to ZFS appliances, implemented compression, fine tuned backups and brought down the time significantly. Performed several migrations, using heterogeneous data guard from non-exadata to exadata environment. Used RMAN duplicate to create data guard environments.
Implemented TDE for a large utility company, to protect PII data. Also implemented role based security, along with Oracle masking, to protect sensitive data.

Responsible for annual performance reviews, merit raises, bonus allocation, training and laddering. Also had to discipline employees, if the situation demanded it.
