Process inquiries for various drilling equipment and spare parts: translate inquiries from Russian into English, select potential vendors, send out inquiries. Ensure quotations are received in a timely manner and in compliance with the requests. Issue and submit purchase orders to the vendors, perform inventory of the received orders to ensure their compliance with the contract specifications. Get approval by the end user prior to shipment. Prepare export documentation; ensure all paperwork required by the export laws is in place.
