Ensure quotations are received in a timely manner and in compliance with the requests. Issue and submit purchase orders to the vendors, perform inventory of the received orders to ensure their compliance with the contract specifications. Get approval by the end user prior to shipment. Prepare export documentation; ensure all paperwork required by the export laws is in place.
