Beaumont Hospital, Trenton, MI 48183 November 2015 to present. Worked in concert with the chief nursing administrator, IT personnel, facilities management, and shipping and receiving for the Initial set-up of the Vascular Access Department. Follows CDC, INS, and Beaumont guidelines for appropriate access, with guidance and direct involvement in the M.A.G.I.C. study sponsored by the University of Michigan to help determine appropriate line placement for the patient. Works independently following intense, formal training and remains proficient in inserting both Bard and AngioDynamics PICC and midline products using ultrasound guidance. Continuation of Bard specialty proficiencies including AccuCath and PowerGlide products.

Vibra Hospital of Southeastern Michigan, Lincoln Park, MI 48146 June 2015 to November 2015. FT in the HOU ( high observation unit) managing the care of acute long term vent dependent patients requiring use of vasopressor agents to maintain life and stability, management of patients on cardiac monitors. Intermittently fill in as House Supervisor, managing the staffing and bed assignments, assisting with conflict management for a 60 bed facility. Insertion of Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter (PICC). Successful insertion of 20 lines using ultrasound guidance.

Vibra Hospital of Southeastern Michigan, Taylor, MI 48180 August 2014 to June 2015: ACLS/BLS FT staff RN managing the care of acute long term vent dependent patients requiring tracheostomy care, use of vasopressor agents, and IV sedation. Providing care to patients requiring extensive wound care as well as IV antibiotic therapy. Rapid Response team member, responding to all stat critical patient circumstances as well as code blue situations.
