Lead Sales Engineer on many projects to implement solutions involving Cellular communications for remote access to industrial devices, WiFi communications, I/O data communications with Modbus and DNP3, network failover, IPSEC Tunneling, OpenVPN redundant tunneling, and Bridging the Cellular network.

Responsible for designing solutions for data communications across the Cellular network.

Principal Linux administrator for NCR’s Entertainment Business Unit.

Programmed the Sixnet Cellular routers to look for and identify the ID of the Kiosk connected to the router and send the Kiosk ID and Firmware Version number to the router management servers to be displayed in fields to make troubleshooting network connectivity issues quicker by having the router, kiosk ID and kiosk firmware version in one location.

Designed and built numerous jobs which were sent from the router management servers to the remoter routers to enhance or improve the function of the Sixnet routers.

Readjusted the site survey criteria to better identify potential locations for kiosk placement for optimal cellular signal reception.

Manage the implementation of the Massconfig application used to produce the configurations needed for the Sixnet routers.

Level 3 support for network outage issues involving the kiosks in the field.

Redesigned the documentation process by converting current documents into XML format to reduce the time it takes to make changes to documents and get them distributed out to customers.

Project lead on numerous projects to convert the infrastructure of a company to a cellular backup solution that was previously on a Cisco based solution that incurred monthly expenses for a Electricity Supply company.

Designed and built the company demonstration display we use to show off our capabilities of routing over the cellular network using such technologies as BGP, OSPF, GRE, Virtual Redundant Routing Protocol (VRRP), Out-of-Band (OOB) management of Cisco devices, IP Failover and Fallback. This display is used for road shows and demonstrations to give a comprehensive overview of what our product line is capable of accomplishing over the cellular network.

Personally demonstrated our products to numerous customers at trade shows, on-site demos, and carrier sponsored sales representative meetings.
