General management of project office to ensure project stays within schedule, lean operation and stays within an estimated budget cost of about one million pounds ( £1 M)
Management of engineering drawings, interpretation of drawing in new building project and layout of pipes and equipment installation position to reflect agreed business objectives.
Writing of project reports, documentation of relevant training materials and drafting of contracts
Negotiation of contracts terms, Contract cost and awarding of contract to contractors and suppliers.
Liaising with project equipment team in the United Kingdom (UK) and executing project design changes in Ghana.
