Structural Design Engineer from Aug 2016 till date. Responsibilities:

Analysis and Design of concrete/steel structures as per the British and American standards.

Follow up in Dubai Municipality to get approvals prior to construction.

Preparation of design/detail drawing for structures and civil works.

Preparation of design basis, specifications and method of statement for civil/structural works.

Site coordination with site engineers, municipality inspection agencies and site survey in case needed.

Review the shop-drawings submitted by the sub-contractor and verify it with DM approved drawings.

Attends the weekly progress meetings (Internal as well as with Client) and prepare minutes of meetings.

Monitors program of works on monthly basis and inform main contractor about the concerned delays.

Ensure all the materials and work procedures incorporated at site as per the contract specifications. Design and Execution works:

Analysis and design of B+G+1+R villa located in Dubai Hills.

Design Engineer Structure from Aug 2015 till Feb 2016 Responsibilities:

Analysis and Design of Commercial Buildings.

Preparation of different height models of buildings in E-tab 2015, it also consist 2-level of underground parking. Analysis and design of basement wall and footing for the same in SAFE program.

Preparation of structural elements drawings.

Analysis and Design of Footing for a warehouse project by following American Standards.

Analysis and Design of existing joists and girders for the increment of load due to placement of condenser at roof top.
