JOB DESCRIPTION

• Operating pneumatic machinery (jackhammers and air loaders )

• Charging and blasting operations

• Handling responsibilities of developing short-term mining plans in consistent with medium to long-term mining planning objectives

• Coordinating with senior mining engineer to review and optimize short-term plans

• Performing ore control, reconciliation and mine progress survey activities

• Responsible for tracking and interpreting mining productivity measures to develop actionable plans for improvement

• Compiling and capturing production data

• Contributing effectively in areas of ore development to support ore quality requirements and balance planned ore supply
