In recent years, I have actively managed and delivered multimillion-dollar network infrastructure projects. This involved project/program level planning, scope and risk management, stakeholder and customer expectation and communication management at executive management levels, full program P/L responsibility for services’ deliveries and project execution, including determination of budgetary requirements and cost baseline, full responsibility and accountability of invoicing and cash flow based on achieved key milestones, internal and external reporting of project status/progress, allocation and assignment of program/project resources, local procurement and outsourcing of project materials/services and impact assessment of “Change Requests” on projects’ human and financial resources.

Program Manager – IBS (In Building Solutions)

o

Supervised teams of Huawei (Internal) and 3rd party System Integrators during DAS Deployments.

Continued integration of new DAS buildings and arenas into existing programs.

Managed all phases of DAS deployment, including but not limited to, NTP, DAS designs, RFP preparation, Contract negotiations, BTI Vendor qualifications, Contractor and vendor management, and Material Procurement.

Managed complete project life cycles, including but not limited to, Planning, Scheduling, tracking and effectively communicating project status internally as well as the client side.

Samsung (Client: Sprint), USA (March ’13 – May. ’15)

Senior Project Manager – SW Release Management (Samsung Core & RAN)

o

Managed and finalized Feature Description (FDD) & Design Documents; prepared Lab & FIT (First Integration Testing) Test Plans consisting of Regression, New Feature & Bug Fix testing based on FDD & design Document.

Managed Samsung 4G SW load testing in Sprint Lab and then FIT market, both for core and RAN.

Responsible for day-to-day operation of engineers and training teams as well as managing supply chain of any infrastructure/Hardware piece

Obtain decision from sprint stakeholders (bigger audience) to take this new load to FIT market for FIT testing and SOAK period and get approvals from Sprint stakeholders on new load being ready to be rolled out in to the production network.

Deployment Accountability of VMS, ISMSC and Billing projects in Hong Kong, Singapore, Pakistan & Afghanistan including Business Development; Managed operators at CXO level (Mobilink, Ufone, Warid, Telenor and Instaphone).
