One facility will provide training classrooms and support capability necessary to conduct mission training to increase readiness for all Navy SEALs. One facility will provide for vehicle maintenance. Renovation and modernization of Bachelor Enlisted Quarters, 128 sleeping quarters and associated living/recreation facilities, unit heating equipment, rooftop air handling units and mechanical room equipment, upgraded plumbing, electrical, lighting, telecom, fire protection and fire alarm systems. Colton Solar One and Two, LLC. Two Solar Photovoltaic Developments by Specialized Energy Solutions in partnership with the City of Colton, CA. Installation of total 3.5MW (14,4600 panels on 18.8 acres) solar farm systems that provide renewable energy for the Colton Electric Dept. Started 10/2014 – Completed 7/2015.

Repair and Modernize Rambur Hall, B-3185, Naval Base San Diego, CA. N162 Transformer Pad, San Nicolas Island, CA. Design-Build construction of a pre-cast base and pedestal foundation, poured-in place concrete patio pad and ramp access for end-user antenna installation and maintenance functions. Storm water drainage system and safety handrail system installed as part of this contract. Awarded 08/2011 Completed 04/2012. Award Amount: $500,000. Quality Control Manager/Sr. Project Engineer

Marine Recruitment Barracks Complex, Marine Corps Recruit Depot (MCRD), San Diego, CA. Design-build construction of a Recruit Training Barracks, a Physical Conditioning Recruit Barracks, and a Sports Medicine and Reconditioning Therapy Clinic. The Barracks were constructed with a pile-supported foundation, cast-in-place concrete floor slabs and columns, and masonry interior and infill walls. The Clinic included programming space for exercise, cardio, weights and strength training area, individual treatment rooms, locker rooms, staff offices and a salt treatment therapy pool. All 3 structures comprised low-slope roof with PV system on the roof. The Barracks achieved a USGBC LEED Platinum Certification. The Clinic achieved a USGBC LEED Gold Certification. Total Square Footage: 252,413. Contract modifications: Communication upgrade back to Base Facilities; 1.15 MV of additional PV installed on 2 adjacent barrack roofs, 2 PV new Carport Structures and a 160/LF Architectural Shade Canopy with PV Installation at the Parade Deck. Multi Battalion Operations Centers, Marine Corps Air-Ground Combat Center (MCAGCC) Twentynine Palms, CA. Design-build construction of two, programmatically identical Battalion Operation Centers. Each building was designed as 60,645/SF, 2-story, reinforced concrete masonry with standing seam metal roofs and photovoltaic installation on the roofs. These facilities provide administrative offices, medical aid stations, communication rooms and other support functions for two Marine Battalions and their Company Headquarters, per building. Project achieved USGBC LEED Gold Certification. Total SF: 121,290. Awarded 09/2008 - Completed 11/2010. Award Amount: $41.3M – Final Contract Amount: $46.4M.
