Responsibilities
As P&C Engineer, prepared drawings/documents for air insulated/GIS substations for various US utilities namely PPA, TVA, CMP, for both hardwired controlled and IEC61850 controlled substations. Responsibilities
Supervised erection testing and commissioning of more than 8 transmission network substations up to voltage level of 300 kV, of metal-clad SF6 indoor switchgear, substations. These substations were built by M/S BBC Siemens, Mitsubishi and Hitachi.
Supervised independently testing and commissioning of above mentioned substations.
10. Assistant Engineer at Water and Power Development Authority, 1978 - 1980
Responsibilities
Tested and commissioned various 220/132/11 kV grid substations independently. These grid stations comprised 220/132 kV outdoor conventional switchyards and 11 kV indoor switchgear, protected by solid state relays.
