OBJECTIVES:

To obtain a leading HSE Officer position in Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) by applying my knowledge & experience to train the workforces on safe work practice in the worksites and promoting zero accident culture in the workplaces.

Worked as HSE Officer / HSE inspector since 2011 in Gulf Cooperation Country (GCC) which is responsible for Health, Safety and Environment Concern for the projects and implementation of Safety norms.

Conduct Daily STARRT meeting and weekly toolbox meeting prior to the commencement of the work.

Conduct daily site safety inspection to ensure compliance with the safety requirements, rules, and regulations.

Daily monitoring of all Permit to work (PTW) on site.

Ensures that all employees wear the Proper PPE at all time.

Provides all visual signage’s and maintain its availability on site at all times.

Promotes a good working relationship with co-workers and to all safety personnels.

Ensure compliance with job specification of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) responsibilities.

Ensure Implementation of HSE policies and procedure.

Assist sub-contractor HSE officer in the regular inspection of all facilities and activities.

Ensures that all equipment to be used in the workplace are inspected/ color-coded and certified by Third Party Certification or authorized Persons, operators are trained and licensed as legal requirements.

Assured that all permits and proper documentation are in place.

Maintains and monitor good housekeeping on job site to minimize LTI (Lost Time Incidents) of any workers.

Hazards identifications and advice rectifications to site supervisory staff.
