QA COLOR ANALYST
The Color Analyst coordinates all aspects of the Color Management Program. Responsible for assisting production and SQA personnel with color related issues (including harmony between parts) and determining fitness for use. This position sometimes requires travel to customers / vendors for offsite color issues.

Support the implementation, achievement and maintenance of the ISO Quality and Environmental Management Systems procedures, work instructions, and documentation

Works with production and QA personnel to solve color related issues and determine fitness for use including color harmony evaluation between parts.
Coordinates color approvals or evaluations for incoming materials, first-off, proto-types and on new projects as needed.

Provides an opinion on color related issues.
Assists in receiving and documenting Color Masters from customers.
Receives and documents color plates from resin suppliers.
Compares color plates to color masters for lot approval.
Responsible for software problems of color related instrumentation. (Portable color eyes)
Pass the KASAI NORTH AMERICA, Inc. Farnsworth – Hue Test with a score of 20 or less.
Verify the accuracy of all documentation
Coordinates corrective action, as needed, resulting from test outcomes
Generate reports, graphs, and charts as needed
Prepare bids, contract reports, and data items for transmittal to customers
