Started working a Payroll Analyst for AON, primarily deal with Payroll activities for Goodyear Client.

End to End Payroll processing (US Payroll).

Subject Matter expert for Payroll and WFA.

SPOC between onshore and Offshore teams.

Maintaining & compiling daily MIS reports.

Accountable for Time file validation, Payroll processing, Integration monitoring and validation,

off -cycles & Over payment process.

Payroll Activities include ensuring that On-Cycle/Off-Cycle checks are provided at the right time to the Client.
