Network Analyst/Project Manager

Led RFID security tagging project. This project consisted of procuring the proper vendor, creating a physical inventory, and tagging every piece of network and server equipment with the RFID tag. This tag would allow us to properly control inventory and add another layer of security for the entire IT organization.

Part of the project team in charge of Noble’s equipment transition plan and Corporate Headquarters relocation. I was personally in charge of acquiring bids from several technology movers, setting up the face to face interviews, and working with the vendors to provide logistics and liabilities as required in order to plan the move phases.

Led the Smartnet project. This project was to secure the proper warranty and maintenance coverage for all of our production and non-production network equipment for both our domestic and foreign locations.

Installed, configured, and supported global networking systems.

Performed basic administration of Cisco Unified Communications Systems.

Used a tool known as ITAS to monitor and test DS1 continuity to isolate the point of failure.

Managed the aforementioned tickets to ensure that the proper SLA was met.

Dealt with local exchange carriers to troubleshoot from the customer demarcation when necessary.

Created Subscriber Spreadsheets with the customer to complete the correct subscribers within the Broadsoft application.
