As part of the HR Team, promoted to an expanded role that includes organizational development, change management, community engagement and safety/emergency/risk management responsibilities campus wide.
Directed and led the colleges faculty development program “Center for Enhancement, Teaching and Learning.” Coordinated, designed and facilitated programs in a learning-centered environment and by use of various technology modalities to provide faculty with the tools, resources and additional educational support to aid them in their classroom instruction; also using pedagogy and andragogy based theories and methods in an e-learning environment.
Partner and collaborate with internal and external personnel, management, and senior leadership in order to build relationships and have diversity in thought to drive change effectively.
Collaborating with HR Leaders to acquire a new Talent Management System where phase I will support Talent Acquisition, Performance Planning/Review and Training/Development.

Designed and co-facilitated the customized cultural competency programs for all employee groups (Executive Cabinet Level, the Board of Trustees, the President, Staff, & Faculty); Over 1,500 union and non-union participants; Coordinated ECC’s First Annual Diversity& Cultural Competence Conference with over 1000 participants that included members of the community.
Aligned with the Student Success Initiative and Internal/Students Abroad to help create and deliver programs that support and engage students in ways they can be successful in all aspects of their educational journey.
Built, designed and coordinated a 44 session Professional Development Growth Day event for over 500 unionized support staff to create learning pathways for development and growth.
Created Leadership Development Academy and presented program to senior level executives that included Executive Cabinet, President and Board of Trustees.
Initiated implementation of online training programs supported by three LMS. Manage and design training programs that align with individual, departmental/team and organizational needs.
