I currently work at JcPenney. I am a Women’s Shoes salesperson. My tasks include but are not limited too, stocking, cashier, assisting customers both in the store and over the phone, and much more.

UPS 11/15 – 01/16

I worked as a package handler. My duties included sorting mail and bagging it. The job required long standing hours and heavy lifting, which I had no issues with.

JcPenney 10/14 – 01/15

I worked as Shoe Specialist. My duties included, fitting individuals in their right sizes, organizing shoe racks and displays, cleaning displays as well as cashier duties. I received a customer appreciation award for excellent service. This job required meeting customers face to face or over the phone and engaging them in conversation to understand their wants and needs.

JcPenney 10/11 – 2/12

I worked as a customer service associate. I helped young girls find outfits and styles they liked. I was also a cashier and charged with opening and closing the registers. In this position, I was required to interact with customers of all walks of life and develop an understanding of the needs and wants of all customers.

Education

Full Sail University 9/13 – 6/15

I was studying Computer Animation with an emphasis on Graphic Design. I learned many skills including Photoshop, Illustration, 3D design and more. Classes were online and focused mainly on the computer.

Skills

I know how to use Office Word, Excel and Outlook. I write at 40 wpm. I can use Photoshop and other adobe programs. I understand how to use both Windows and Mac computers.
