Project description: Wal-Mart was in the process of implementing a new system, Global Replenishment System (GRS) in their day-to-day business. I was involved in a sub-module of GRS, Truck Load Optimization (TLO), which dealt with optimized way of loading the trucks and commuting to and from the nearest stores and distribution centers.
