Welder Qualification including WPS & PQR.
Ensure qualified welders and welding consumables as per Qualified WPS & PQR are only used to perform welds.
Ensure correct size and schedule of pipes are used and rectification/Modification is done as per approved procedures.
To ensure NDT requirement are fulfilled as per ITP & project requirement.
Ensure Correct Purging, Cleaning of pipes are done as specified in specification.
Line checking of pipes to ensure Pipes, Fitting, Support are as per drawing and specifications.
