QUALIFICATION SUMMARY
Fourteen (14) years of work experience in the Engineering and Design of Static/Stationary Equipment within world- renowned Engineering, Procurement and Construction companies involved in the oil, gas, refinery and petrochemical industries with job descriptions as follows:
Assigned as Lead Engineer for a team of Mechanical Static Engineers to perform numerous proposal and execution projects.
Review of ITB documents for proposal works.
Perform/supervise preparation of MTO.
Perform/supervise mechanical design and issue technical specifications of pressure vessels/static equipment based on process design.
Prepare technical documentation for the inquiries and the purchase orders to be addressed to the manufacturers in coordination with procurement and inspection team.
Evaluate manufacturers offers and prepare technical bid evaluations.
Participate in technical clarification meetings with manufacturers.
Follow-up and control of manufacturers during execution of the purchase orders.
Perform/supervise vendor documentation review, coordinating technical interfaces with other discipline (Civil, Instrumentation, Electrical, Process, Piping, HSE, etc.)
Coordinate with client/PMT/PMC for resolution of issues during the project.
Site support during construction and commissioning. Broad experience in the use of computer aided design software such as AutoCAD and design and engineering software such as PV Elite and Compress.
Have worked as a Field Mechanical Static Engineer in a construction site for an EPC Company in Qatar. Have also worked within a PMC organization overseeing work of EPC Contractor for all static equipment making sure that all deliverables meet project requirements within specified schedule and budget. Conversant with various international standards like ASME, TEMA, NACE, API, etc. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
