●Managed multiple configurations on Cisco and Juniper routers (MX960, 4331, 2951, 2901 1941), to provide Dedicated Internet Access (DIA) services for customers.

●Collaborated with technicians at various sites to test and troubleshoot client internet services.

●Developed and pushed configurations in ISP equipment's (ASR 9010, CIENA 311), to manage customer bandwidth rate limits and VLAN translations.

●Handled telephone enquiries related to network connectivity through ISP equipment.

●Conducted moderate testing and troubleshooting between technicians and the Local Exchange Carrier (LEC) for point to point Ethernet services.

●Performed activation and configuration of broadband products (Adtran TA500, NetVanta 818, 838) to provide DIA, Ethernet over serial (EOS), and Ethernet over copper (EOC) services.

Network Operation Center Technician, Plano, TX Sep 2016- Jan 2017

●Astute network management for a Cisco router and switch upgrade project to install new T1 primary circuits and 4G backup in over 8000 sites for a high-value client.

●Pushed configurations to Cisco 819 and 2911 routers and 2960, 3560 and 3650 switches.

●Guided installation technicians onsite to bring up Cisco wireless routers with ATT/Verizon service provider and troubleshooted signals reading, tunnels, profiles, and certificates.

●Applied and backed up configurations with FTP server, applied ACL, checked (VRRP, BGP, and Asymmetric Routing) status, and enforced abort installation sequence when unable to bring up the new T1 circuit.

●Performed onsite testing alongside senior technicians to test newly installed HWIC cards, cable continuity, and ensured no alarms were present on newly installed equipment up to the smartjack at the Demarc location.

●Performed daily tickets where I was responsible for switch replacements, creating VLANs, interface updates, and router and profile configurations for Cisco routers.

●Total management of conference calls for troubleshooting, locating, testing, and activating the new T1 circuit between ATT and the onsite technicians.
