With a cost of 8 billion us$.

2.Marassi project, north cost, Egypt. Mega tourism project marassi, located at the north coast of Egypt. Spread over a land of 6.25 million m2,the project features seven waterfront residential districts offering a built-up area of 1.85 million m2, marassi features an 18 hole golf course, a marina, spas, a town and commercial center, infrastructure of landscaped area irrigation network with a cost of 1.7 billion us$

3.Porto sharm elsheikh, sharm elsheikh, Egypt, mega Amer Group Porto Sharm (Phase 1), Sharm Al-Sheikh, Egypt. On a plot area of 220,000 m2, the project comprises a hotel consisting of a ground floor and first floor (footprint area of 9,000 m2),as well as 13 apartment buildings, each consisting of 3 to 5 floors (footprint area of 700 m2).EMAL Administrative Complex,. The complex is built on a plot area of 68,000 m2. It comprises 12 buildings, including an administrative building (G + 1), reception building (G + 1), mosque, and ancillary buildings.
