EXPERIENCE

TIME IN A BOTTLE- 10/2010-PRESENT

NIGHT MANAGER & MIXOLOGIST

I’m very proud of what I’ve accomplished these few years as a Mixologist. I’ve created signature liquors that have made our spirits stand out above all others. I oversaw inventory, ordering and cost management. I managed the floor and kitchen staff and was mindful of labor costs and proper breaks rotations. I constantly strived to uphold the highest standards of guest service and ensured my servers did as well. It was my responsibility to oversee the employees making sure they completed any end of shift work before they clocked out. It was my duty to document any poor performances or inappropriate behavior and make the General Manager's/Owner's aware before proper action was taken. I was charged with up keeping our POS System and ensuring our computers were always functioning properly. I oversaw all cash transactions and balanced the drawer at the close of business. I also processed all of the days reports and filed them away accordingly.
