I’m hoping to find a company that shares my passion for impeccable guest service, hard work, organization and fun.

I’m very proud of what I’ve accomplished these few years as a Mixologist. I’ve created signature liquors that have made our spirits stand out above all others. I oversaw inventory, ordering and cost management. I managed the floor and kitchen staff and was mindful of labor costs and proper breaks rotations. I constantly strived to uphold the highest standards of guest service and ensured my servers did as well. It was my responsibility to oversee the employees making sure they completed any end of shift work before they clocked out. It was my duty to document any poor performances or inappropriate behavior and make the General Manager's/Owner's aware before proper action was taken. I was charged with up keeping our POS System and ensuring our computers were always functioning properly. I oversaw all cash transactions and balanced the drawer at the close of business. I also processed all of the days reports and filed them away accordingly.

I have also been hired to transform standard vehicles into high powered racing machines. I performed paint and bodywork as well. In my spare time I was a licensed tow truck driver hauling up to 76,000 pounds and drove up to 60 foot long trailers.

I closed my shop and sold my hauler to move back to California.

SALES ASSOCIATE-12/2005-07/2008

I was responsible for product knowledge, cheerful and helpful customer service by assisting guests with whatever their needs maybe. I took inventory and stocked shelves, built end caps, making the store look it’s best. Cash handling and credit charges were also a big part of the job.

I left to move back to California.
