Play a pivotal role as senior IT operations director and trainer in charge of implementing regional and global enterprise strategies;

administering cybersecurity, secure and non-secure voice, video, and data communications infrastructure to over 300 employees in the

main headquarters, including remote locations across more than five continents.

Advanced Individual Training Drill/AIT Platoon Sergeant 2008–2011

Led over 3,500 personnel of advanced individual training soldiers in school for information technology and cybersecurity.

Facilitated training and mentorship; built teamwork; and executed technical and tactical task standards, while introducing seven army

program derived from soldiers and peer input/feedback.
