Work Experience:

Project/ Process Engineer at Sumitomo Electric Wiring System-EG 1 March 2017 till now.

During this short period I was responsible for transferring and installing three production lines from Romania and Port Said Sites to our site and did a trial build for new Toyota Aygo Engine Project.

from Faculty of engineering at Ain Shams University with Grade good “70%”.

Graduation Project of CFD Analysis for a SI Engine with The degree of Excellence.

It discusses the optimization of SI engine by using CFD approach, analysing and comparing different designs of the 3 main systems affecting the engine performance: Intake, Exhaust and Cooling Systems. ANSYS, Ricardo wave and EES software were used to obtain numerical values which aided in selecting the finest design of each system.

ICE Course Instructor for ASU Racing Team. Sep 2015 to Nov. 2016.

The first and second wave of the course were from Sep. 2015 to Nov. 2015 and Sep. 2016 to Nov. 2016 with teaching ASU Formula Racing Team an ICE Course illustrating the 4 main systems affecting the engine "Intake, Exhaust, Cooling and Fuel" with the mains of designing those systems and teaching Ricardo Wave.

Autodesk Inventor Course Instructor for ASU Racing team 2017. Sep. 2016- Nov. 2016.

Power-Train Team Leader at ASU Racing Team, Aug. 2015-Aug. 2016.

Managed to support a team of 21 persons to design and fabricate 8 subsystems (Intake, Exhaust, Cooling, Fuel, Differential, Hubs & couplings, Final Reduction Ratio and shifting system) for building a racing car participated in Formula Student UK 2016 Competition. Tuned engine Honda CBR 600 RR and executed a validation process for the engine by the Dynamometer.

Responsible for managing a team consists of 8 persons to do the required maintenance for ASURT FS cars and do the car assembly work.

Did overhaul for two engines Honda CBR 600 RR.

Led a team of 9 persons to do the graduation project and finish it with the degree of Excellence.

Responsible for making the whole assembly of ASURT-FS 2015 and 2016 cars using Autodesk Inventor and preparing the required working drawings for the manufacturing processes.

Designed and manufactured the cooling and exhaust systems for ASU-RT 2016 FS Car and it is a milestone as this is the first working cooling system in the team.
