1. Designed the multiple layout, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm for a 3500 sq ft dental office with owner.

2. Helped with the multiple times we design, layout, structure, architectural of a 12,000 sq ft. residential single family home

3. Built a residential single family home in Potomac, MD 9700 sq ft. Full custom home. 4. Work with Subway and Circle K on new and remodel of stores. All work is completed during hours when store is closed

5. Build out of Dunkin Donuts.

1. On the Dental Office was responsible of making sure the quality was to owner satisfaction, the budget of the project did not run over the estimate given even with change orders, the project was completed before the given deadline to the owner which included hiring and firing of the subcontractor, writing all contracts needed for necessary project, watching over to make sure all subcontractor perform the work to specs and code, hiring and firing of all subcontractors and installing all floor ( tiles and carpet) to owners customization. Put together all drawing and warranties handed them to the owner.

drawings and passed inspections. Used skill acquired thru my teaching at college to make a schedule (Prima Vera was used to perform this task). 2. Managed a 5,000 sq ft. offices build out.
