IT aspects –

o Building a BI system for analyzing failures in the production floor using Qlik-Sense. o Installed a production floor computerization array, implementing required changes in the production floor system.

o Responsible for general maintenance of databases (SQL Server). I introduced a new document management system (M-files) and developed a database interface between the ERP system and the M-Files in order to automatically receive client data. o Support and installation of all plant computer software.

Production Planning and Control –

o Responsible for development and Maintenance of the furniture BOM, adding modules written in MS Office VBA code to the existing MS Excel files for simplification of workflow. Monitoring and maintaining production server health (Win2K servers). Operate and maintain production floor software.

January 2003 – April 2014: Software Development Manager, Dynam-Tech

Lead a team that was responsible for the development of LPR systems (License Plate Recognition) o Team responsibilities included analysis, design, development, testing and installation of the LPR systems.

o The LPR System was an OCR recognition of License Plates using computer vision algorithms allowing automatic entry of vehicles to closed compounds such as parking lots. o The development done using a .NET, ASP.NET, as well as VB6. o Communication between the components performed using DDE, MQ and TCP/IP. o Development of system reports using Crystal Reports. o Integration of our LPR system with automatic payment machines and computerized cash registers.

o My team implemented and tailored the LPR systems for a variety of customers such as Israel Electric Company, Bank-Leumi, Sde Dov Airport, Migdal Shalom building, Hadassah Hospital at Ein-Kerem and the Weizmann Institute.
