Conduct recruitment for all openings and interview all qualified applicants via phone or in person.

Perform the arrangement and preparation in the employment fairs and represent the company during the fairs.

Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources.

Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination.

Coordinates and assists in conducting new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals.

Explain company procedures and job duties and requirements with qualified applicants.

Assist in training needs analysis, and training plan execution to ensure that all required training are done efficiently and on time.

Mange all logistics of training delivery including: scheduling, registration, confirmation, facilities catering, purchase orders, invoices.

Keep up suitable statistics and reports; including vacancy lists, new hires, promotions, performance reviews and turnover reports.

Conducting Medical Insurance services from vendor comparison till negotiating the contract and designs table of benefits and follow the process of contract.
