ROLES &RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance of entire fleet of equipments like Plants, Transit Mixers, Vibratory Compactors, Asphalt rollers, Excavators, Motor Graders, Wheel loaders, Hydraulic Cranes, Trippers, Dozers, Dumpers, and Concrete pumps, Heavy DG sets and Fleets.
•To attend trouble shooting on earth moving equipments around and plants like pay loader, D.G. sets, excavators, Wheel loaders(CAT) fleets-BENZ, and road build equipments-Compactors and Pavers..
•Procuring spares for advance maintenance and trouble shooting
•Attend on Troubleshooting of VOLVO Excavators, Wheel Loaders, And Motor Graders.
•Attend on major overhauling of equipment, Giving Maintenance and service of equipment
•Managing hiring of equipment and their utilization.
•Maintaining safety stock level of spare parts at site to avoid any crisis during urgency.
•Procuring spares for advance maintenance and trouble shooting.
•Preparing daily / weekly action plan for functioning / maintenance of P&E with close co-ordination with Project Head & Other Key Civil Personnel.
•Managing hiring of equipment and their utilization.

•Monitoring & checking of day to day supervision of plants, Operation & maintenance of the same. Acting appropriately as per the received instructions or as per prevailing circumstances, in the absence of the reporting Projects heads so as to maintain the rate of progress of works as per the scheduled plan.
