Duties:

-2nd in charge to the shift Manager

-Standing in and managing shift when shift manager is not available.

-Escalating any problems within our scope of work to Senior Management.

-Attend management meetings

-Liaise with relevant business units and follow up on outstanding problems till resolution.

-Provide feedback to Senior Management with status of events in the daily operations within the Command Centre.

recycling CICS regions, canceling production batch jobs, starting/stopping started system tasks
