Nationality: Egyptian
Education
Oct.2017 - present Master of Aerospace Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Cairo University, Egypt.
Oct.,2011 - June,2016 Bachelor Science, B.Sc. in Aerospace Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Cairo University, Egypt.
Grade: very good
Oct.,2008 - June,2011 High School, Marshal Ahmed Ismail secondary school, Ismailia City, Egypt. Grade: 99.4%
Honor: Ranked 1st in the school and 6th in the governorate Projects
Oct.,2015 - June,2016 Design of liquid bi-propellant rocket engine, (graduation project). Grade: distinct
The project contains:
{ Feeding system design (A compressed gas is allowed to expand through pressure regulator and push the propellants into the combustion chamber):
- Sizing and stress analysis of the fuel and oxidizer tanks.
- Determination of pressure regulator specifications (cv, inlet and outlet pressures,
...etc)
- Manufacture of the propellant tanks
- Installation of the feeding system and performing a high pressure test for the tanks
(up to 40 bar) using water pump.
- Design and manufacture of the injector
{ Design of combustion chamber and supersonic nozzle (high speed aerodynamic analysis)
{ Design of cooling system (using 1D and 2D CFD analysis) Apr.,2016 - May,2016 Numerical solution of potential flow Over a Joukowski Airfoil.
{ Writing a MATLAB code to build an H-grid for this type of airfoil
{ Using LSOR method, the flow over the airfoil was solved
{ A mesh was built using FLUENT software
{ The problem was solved using ANSYS also
{ Finally, the two numerical solutions are compared with the exact solution Nov,2015 - Dec,2015 Stress analysis of airplane wing and fuselage using NASTRAN/FEMap. Apr.,2015 - May,2015 Design of an axial flow compressor.
{ Calculating the annulus area distribution
{ Estimating off-design performance
{ Building a MATLAB code to draw the compressor map Mar.,2015 - May,2015 Design, build and control a single degree of freedom system, (arm with rotor).
The system consists of a wooden arm connected to a DC motor with rotor at one end. Another end is connected to a base by bearing. The angle of the arm can be controlled by changing voltage of the DC motor
