Managed remodels, gas stations, distribution centers, new stores, and new clubs. Led special projects, pre-bid and pre-construction meetings, and completed job site reports.

Tracked close-out documents and store sales during remodels. Managed pay apps, change orders, and project updates. Conducted meetings involving city officials, general contractors, and engineers. Completed expense vouchers and booked travel and job site visit reports. Trained general contractors. Collaborated with architects and engineers.
