Outline of scope: Supercritical Pressure Power Plant Technology that the Company used in the Jeddah South Thermal Power Plant (JSTPP) Project it was awarded from SEC. HHI carried out the construction of the 2,640MW oil-fired steam power project on a turnkey basis including engineering, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning. HHI will complete the project on the Red Sea coast, south of Jeddah by 2017.

1. 5 x 800 MW Ultra Mega Power Project in Mundra, Gujarat - Erection, Testing & Commissioning of Boiler, ESP & Fuel Oil System for Three Units, TG Auxiliaries for five units.

2. 1 x 700 MW power project at Bellary, Karnataka – ETC of STG and Auxiliaries for one unit.

Job functions and responsibilities:

• In Depth knowledge on Electrical Construction and Commissioning Of STG, GIS, Transformers, HV/LV Switchgear Panels, Lighting Arresters, Protection System, MCC, Diesel Generators.

• Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all electrical related works at site.

• Interprets construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to execution of any jobs.

• Manages directly and provide engineering and technical supports to all the electrical work groups at site.

• Erection and testing Of Hyundai make step up transformer - 420/15.75kv 188/312MVA,420/15.75KV 166/276 MVA.

• Supervising for Installation of 13.8kV, 4.6kV MV SWGR Panels for Sub-contractor work.

• Supervising for installation of cable trays, conduits, cable trunks as per the drawings and standards.

• Supervising cable pulling activity through cable tray and manholes, (EHV, HV, LV, instrument and control cables).

• Installation and Testing MV/LV and control cables HI-POT, IR, Continuity

• Supervising for Installation of LV, Lighting Dist.Board, AC/DC UPS Panels

• Supervising for Installation of Station service transformers with vendor
