Accesso is a technology company that handles the virtual queuing systems at Six Flags New England. We rent out devices to guests that allows them to reserve a ride and then check in with our attendants at a later time to instantly get on the ride without waiting in line.

As a Team Member I provided exceptional customer service and cashiered handling transactions of up to approximately $5,500. As a Lead I kept over 100+ team members on task and abiding by company standards and policies. Resolved guest complaints and issues. Assisted and filled in for supervisors and my manager with tasks they need done while they are away doing other tasks. As a Supervisor I handled recruiting involving, offering or declining job opportunities to people I interviewed. Discussed business tactics with other departments in the theme park. Filed out and organized paperwork for damaged devices. Was in charge of scheduling all of our departments employees, ranged from (40-120). Handled disciplinary actions for employees or guests. Trained new and existing employees to become team members, leads, or supervisors.

Qualifications

Knowledge of computers and other technology. (I've built and/or fixed several desktops, phones, televisions and laptops.)

Experience with coding languages(C#, Java, Bash and XML), Continuously learning more both in school and on my own.

Excellent at supervising and delegating priority tasks to others to assure everything gets done in a timely and effective manner.

Experience with team building activities and keeping team moral up.

Excellent upselling skills from retail experience.

I have a taught myself a lot about computers and other technology myself using books and researching online. Previously I have one year as a bio major but after two semesters of that I realized I.T. was my passion and am now pursuing an education and career in that field. I’m currently going for an AS degree and then I will be transferring to a four-year University to get my BS degree.
