Led a Huggies wipes packaging innovation project from conception to the final stages of completion, to drive incremental volume to the Baby & Child Care Division.

Led an investigation into distribution cost savings within the Baby & Child Care Division and provided an analysis of findings to management.

Coordinated & led a trial to observe variability in the case packing process, to better understand issues surrounding the insertion of promotional items into the case. Identified problem areas and provided recommendations on how to improve the process, in turn reducing ergonomic injury of mill staff.
