Safety/HR Manager
Responsible for Safety and Human Resource Departments of a 450,000 sq. ft. Temperature Controlled 3PL Company in this newly created position.
Implemented processes and procedures to ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and Local regulations, while meeting Food Safety and Security requirements. (Including AIB audit)
Developed first “Employee Handbook” and modernized the employee recordkeeping system.
Spearheaded the initiative to cut Health care cost and develop a more affordable benefit package for both the Company and employees. This campaign resulted in a 17% reduction in Health care cost, approximately $250,000.
Quality Assurance/Operations Manager/Promoted to Director
Responsible for the day-to-day operation of same facility while ensuring Safety, Quality, and Quantity expectations are consistently met.
Responsible for the operational development and eventual addition of three Fortune 200 Companies to the OCS portfolio.
Contributed to the development of a documented FDA approved Quality System.

Responsible for the day-to-day operation of a 50,000 sq, ft. end line satellite terminal for Central Transport, including small fleet of P&D and OTR trucks.
Contributed to the development and start up of this brand new facility, from the acquisition of the property and equipment, to installation and configuration of MIS.
Managed all aspects of the terminal’s operation while ensuring all Safety, Quality, and Quantity goals were met.
1995 to 2000: Operations Manager, Tabco Transportation, Ltd.
Responsible for the day-to-day operation of a 250,000 sq. ft. Break-bulk facility.
