15 years total experience.

8 years’ experience for execution of services and high-rise building as like MV system, LV system, Center battery system, Lightning protection system and Earthing system. Also low current system such as fire alarm system, audio visual system, IPTV system, infant abduction system, structured cabling system, CCTV system, access control system, parking management system, IP telephony, VOIP system, public address system, nurse call system. Duties:

Supervise of the execution of electrical work construction.

Supervise of installation work for earthing system, lighting system, power system, main distribution boards, distribution boards, fire pump control panel with ATS &accessories, lighting and power panel boards, control panel, cable trays, cable ladders, cable trunks, PVC conduits, piping, pull boxes junction boxes, metallic piping, disconnection switches, lighting fixtures, bus ducts with all accessories, LV cables and wires, MV cables, fire retardant cables, electrical power sockets, wiring devices, switches, sockets, landscape lighting fixtures, conduits &cabling and exit signage fixtures& ancillaries.

Supervise of installation work for withdrawable metal-clad MV switchgear distributer, indoor metal-enclosed switch gear/RMU, package engine generators with all accessories, medium voltage transformer, power factor correction capacitor bands, uninterruptible power supply system UPS,emergency central battery system and automatic transformer switches ATS.

Supervise of installation for low current such as fire alarm system, audio visual system, IPTV system, infant abduction system, structured cabling system, CCTV system, access control system, parking management system, IP telephony VOIP system, public address system, nurse call system, fiber optical cables and required trunk,cable trays, conduits & boxes.

Insure the availability of adequate quantity of electrical material.

Supervise and inspect the work progress on the site as per construction schedule.

Liaison with the subcontractor and consultant.

Coordinate with consultant for submit all electrical materials for approval.

Study, review and follow up shop drawing, final design, coordination, builders work and specs.

Ensure work is executed according to specifications, approved design drawings, agreed procedures and method statement.

Supervise of the cycle of material procurement: material samples & submittals approval, issue material request.

Negotiate with consultant for obtaining approvals for requested modification.

Supervise of the issue Payment Certificate based on BOQ/Contract.

Update drawing to fit newly approved modification. And supervise of as-built drawings.

Duties:

During site supervision the first responsibility is to review the pre scheduled program submitted by main contractor which includes the site mobilization and incorporation of electrical work related activities from their sub contactors like shop drawings, material submittals and material procurement details and also the site activities in coordination with civil activities and getting it approved from the client engineer.

Attending the site progress meeting along with client and main contractor and instructing the main contractor for the better progress procedures.

Reviewing and approving the subcontractors nominated by main contractor after discussion and confirmation with the client representatives

Reviewing and commenting accordingly the shop drawings and material submittals submitted by contractors through main contractor as per the pre- approved program for electrical and low current works

Attending the site inspections and supervising accordingly whether the work is being carried out as per the approved shop drawings and approved material and submitted method statements.

Coordinating with the client engineers and also with the contractors engineer for any variation in design or practical site problems and resolving accordingly.

Issuing of snags if any before the handing over for all electrical and low current related activities.

Reviewing of the operation and maintenance manuals and also the as built drawings and all the warranties required on the equipment’s etc. and handing over to the clients maintenance team.

Final hand over of the project to the client after their satisfactory review by their maintenance and quality departments.

Duties:
