RECRUITMENT AND HIRING (UNICA HIJA AND VISE VERSA Sales Staff)

•Receives sales staff requisition due to resignation, transfers, replacements, new store opening

•Secure job specifications/ requirements from the requesting operation heads & cluster heads

•Source and screen qualified candidates from various man power agencies

•Sort applications coming online adds

•Administers pre-requirement exams &conduct preliminary interview

•Deploy or endorse accepted candidates to the respective Department Stores

•Provides Uniform for the newly hired sale staffs

•Ensures completion of manpower requirement of all stores

•Endorse newly hired employee s to HRD head for New Hire Orientation

Assist new employee in using NEDEKA time keeping tool.

Print out the DTR of Head Office every monthly cut off for payroll processing

Report newly hired/ separated employees to Accounting Dept. for payroll advice and encoding purposes.

Record and monitors employees’ VL, SL, BL, balances

RECORDS KEEPING

Make sure that all 201 files of employees are updated and filed orderly (Unica Hija and Vise Versa Brand)

Filing applications, separated employees, DTR. Leave form, OT, etc.

In charge of requesting SM uniform and Robinsons uniform.

Skilled in/knowledgeable in different software such as MS Word 2010, MS Excel 2010, Internet Explorer.

RECEPTIONIST – UNIT 1004

Performs receptionist function including but not limited to:

-Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible

-Filter redirect calls and take complete message when required

-Greet, assist and direct all visitors of the company

Support HR and administration department

Provide Administrative duties in administration of biometrics, distributing all HR and admin related forms

Performs clerical duties in providing timekeeping report
